One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Frozen Pirate sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 40 m.




Warm Tender saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Golfe Du Lion showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Beyond Dreams looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Gentleman Map couldn't come out from behind the leader, Warm Tender.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Warm Tender followed by Frozen Pirate and Ancient Sfinx. Lane two Beyond Dreams followed by Gentleman Map and Elegance La Joya. Unknown galloped for 20 m.




Frozen Pirate suddenly took over the lead. Gentleman Map gallopped 40 m after 2000m.



With only a little left of the race Gentleman Map galoped for 10 m. Frozen Pirate sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Fighting Band was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Fighting Band galop. Fighting Band lost 10 m.




Frozen Pirate didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
