One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gentleman Band took the lead after a very quick start.




Wind Catcher quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Walking Sun started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Scyther sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Flying Action looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Broadstreet Bully was first on the homestretch followed by Flying Action and Scyther.






Flying Action never caught up with Broadstreet Bully who won. Scyther came third.
