One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rugged Movement could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. First Angel Boy suddenly started to galop. Jim Frick had to struggle to get First Angel Boy to tror again and succeded after 30 m. Wish Me Luck showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




Rugged Movement was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Tobaco Trader looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that First Angel Boy couldn't come out from behind the leader, Rugged Movement.



First Angel Boy looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Lone Sniper couldn't come out from behind the leader, Rugged Movement.






No-one could catch Rugged Movement today who won before First Angel Boy and Lone Sniper.
