The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

First Mack Groocer could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Pitcher was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m. Anders Christiansson wanted a little to much in the start and Rugged Fist galoped for 40 m.

Coral Fawlty saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

The leader got disturbed by something and First Mack Groocer took the lead rather easily.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one First Mack Groocer followed by Pitcher and Des Larmes D´Ange. Lane two Coral Fawlty followed by Shooting Body and Toutouic.

With only a little left of the race Toutouic galoped for 20 m. Pitcher speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

No-one could catch Pitcher today who won before Coral Fawlty and First Mack Groocer.
