The sun was shining on Årjäng today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Green Thistle. East Clubber ended up behind the leader. Skipping Winter got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Green Thistle was in fine shape and held the lead. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Green Thistle clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Green Thistle followed by Skipping Winter and Light Amazon. Lane two Flickering Witch followed by Kentucky Diplomat and Solid Sniper. Solid Sniper started to gallop after 1500m and Jari Feodoroff had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Sunrise Warrior started to gallop after 1500m and Marcus Hultman had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Green Thistle kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Flickering Witch was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m.



Green Thistle kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Skipping Winter sprinted over the finishline before Green Thistle and Flickering Witch.
