Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Gävle track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hynderweides Black Gold could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Fredrik B Larsson wanted a little to much in the start and General Action galoped for 10 m.




This is the positions after 500m. General Action, Just Cant Loose, Stepping Giggle, Smiling Heat, Hynderweides Black Gold, Greystone Doll, Animal Nitrate, Jolly Top. Jolly Top started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




General Action clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Just Cant Loose accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



With only a little left of the race General Action galoped for 30 m. Just Cant Loose galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Hynderweides Black Gold litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Hynderweides Black Gold. Stepping Giggle came in second. General Action became third.
