One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Vol Libre sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. Unknown was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




World Wide saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Lieutenant Bomb who started to galop and lost 10 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Kansas Treasure galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Vol Libre looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Unknown galloped for 40 m. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 20 m.



Vol Libre were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Kansas Treasure sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
