One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gaylord Focker Superior found a gap and took the lead. Confident Sword followed before Ilse Larockma. When the startcar left the field Confident Sword started to galop and lost 20 m. Chanelle was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




Lucky Thinker quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Lucky Thinker was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.



Bank Balance was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.






Ilse Larockma made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Bank Balance.
