One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gina tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Stefania that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Gina started to galop and lost 40 m.




Gina saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Stefania who started to galop and lost 10 m. Calligaris started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Starshine Knockout sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Starshine Knockout galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Starshine Knockout followed by Gina and Love Comes First. Lane two Stefania followed by Calligaris and . Something caused a disturbance in the field and Love Comes First gallopped for 50 m.



Starshine Knockout sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Gina sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
