The sun was shining on Arvika and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hannele found a gap and took the lead. Calming Space followed before Karas.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Modestine clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. driver couldn't keep Karas to trotting so they were disqualified.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Modestine followed by Hannele and Coughing Gossip. Lane two Calming Space followed by King Speedy and Karas.




Calming Space didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Coughing Gossip was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.



Calming Space were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

driver couldn't keep Karas to trotting so they were disqualified.




Modestine didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
