The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Sørlandet today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Augustus Thornix tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Mon Dieu that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Kaunaz, Majestic Big Hero, Curieux, Wandering Brightness, Augustus Thornix, Mon Dieu, Flymetothemoon, .




The leader got disturbed by something and Mon Dieu took the lead rather easily.




Kaunaz accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Wandering Brightness seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Wandering Brightness were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Curieux won the race after a spectacular finish.
