One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Speedy Snake was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. driver couldn't keep Porteur De Joie to trotting so they were disqualified.

Congratulate sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Congratulate was still in the lead after 1500m.



Lantignié was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Congratulate were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
