One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Helaine tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Congratulate that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Congratulate clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Congratulate was still in the lead after 1500m.



Congratulate kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Helaine made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Congratulate.
