It had been raining for several days at Dannero but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Beaujolais. Nuncio On Fire ended up behind the leader. Jopie got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Mademoiselle Cherie sprinted to the front. Garza galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Nuncio On Fire sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Beaujolais galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Jopie looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Nuncio On Fire suddenly took over the lead. Jopie gallopped 50 m after 2000m.



With only a little left of the race Jopie galoped for 50 m. Nuncio On Fire looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Beaujolais sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
