The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Boden this day. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Legionnaire sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Whatever Queen galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Shocon Cherry quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Devine Carneval who started to galop and lost 30 m. The leader got disturbed by something and Irrati took the lead rather easily. Tapotupotu Moot accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Tapotupotu Moot was still in the lead after 2000m. Devine Carneval was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m. Tapotupotu Moot kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Legionnaire galopped for 20 m on the homestretch. Black Charm won. Shocon Cherry came in second. Red Herring Lore caught third place. Results
