The sun was shining on Åmål today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Red Hot Chilipepper. Travelling Lipstick ended up behind the leader. Amber Crystal got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Amber Crystal saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Travelling Lipstick who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Amber Crystal clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Amber Crystal today. It continued in the lead.




Amber Crystal was still in the lead after 2000m.



Amber Crystal were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Amber Crystal kept the speed the whole finish and won before Travelling Lipstick and Red Hot Chilipepper.
