One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Helpful Legend sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Helpful Legend was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Choury looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Stopping Runner couldn't come out from behind the leader, Helpful Legend.




Choury saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Choury was still in the lead after 2000m.



Helpful Legend suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Choury won. Helpful Legend came in second. Stopping Runner caught third place.
