One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Lone Energy could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Sleepy Cookie was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. Wondering Whirlwind was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. Lone Energy suddenly started to galop. Carl Johan Jepson had to struggle to get Lone Energy to tror again and succeded after 30 m.

Curieux saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

The leader got disturbed by something and Sleepy Cookie took the lead rather easily.

Lone Energy looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

driver couldn't keep Lone Energy to trotting so they were disqualified. Argenton litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Falling Wave made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Argenton.
