One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Calming Sergeant could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Comfortable Folder saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Windy Hope showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Carlos Kentucky sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. New Jersey Devil was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Greystoke looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Carlos Kentucky speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Calming Sergeant sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
