One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hoping Rock was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Silverplate started to galop and lost 50 m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Climbing Crusher took the lead rather easily.



Snapple Apple galloped way to long and was disqualified. The leader got disturbed by something and Whatever Sunflower took the lead rather easily.

Björn Goop tried a little too much on the homestretch and Hablar Arriba started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Silverplate won the race after a spectacular finish.
