It had been raining for several days at Gävle but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Hot Miracle. Growing Puma ended up behind the leader. Expert Opinion got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 30 m.

Expert Opinion saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Polished Striker looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Hot Miracle couldn't come out from behind the leader, Expert Opinion.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Expert Opinion today. It continued in the lead.

Expert Opinion looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Hot Miracle sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
