One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Beretta could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Herrhagens Delap was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Herrhagens Delap, Igloo, Serafina, Fleurs, Mantovani, Beretta, Lutike, Wolly Pony. A bird flew just in front of Good Man who started to galop and lost 20 m. Ultimate Surviver galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Igloo sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Igloo was still in the lead after 1500m.



driver couldn't keep Beretta to trotting so they were disqualified. Igloo kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Ultimate Surviver galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.
