The weather had been good all week and Örebro was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Phantom Tungsten sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Grasping Galaxy, Sliding Runner, Powerful Pirate, Rugged Ship, Fan Voice, Phantom Tungsten, Paragon Of Beauty, Confident Strategy. Confident Strategy started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Phantom Tungsten took the lead after 1000m. Confident Strategy didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Phantom Tungsten followed by Rugged Ship and Powerful Pirate. Lane two Confident Strategy followed by Fan Voice and Paragon Of Beauty. See My Excellence galloped for 50 m.



Phantom Tungsten looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Confident Strategy won. Phantom Tungsten came in second. Rugged Ship caught third place.
