One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rise Up was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Striking Lily sprinted to the front.




Striking Lily was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Striking Lily today. It continued in the lead.




Rise Up seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Striking Lily was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Le Tigre speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Oconomowoc sprinted over the finishline before Rise Up and Le Tigre.
