One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Sliding Play. Sulfur ended up behind the leader. Lord P got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Lord P saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Kuiper Belt showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Lord P was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Lord P followed by Passeur and Brûlant. Lane two Shooting Moon followed by Sliding Play and Sulfur. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 50 m.

driver couldn't keep Shooting Moon to trotting so they were disqualified. Lord P were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Sliding Play sprinted over the finishline before Brûlant and Passeur.
