One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Viking Aaas could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 10 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 50 m. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Viking Aaas clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




No Cover Song looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Viking Aaas seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Viking Aaas kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
