One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pointe Du Croisic sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Joyce quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Joyce followed by Pointe Du Croisic and Just Behemoth. Lane two Gunplay followed by Wandering Moonlight and Zelfklevend. Gunplay started to gallop after 1500m and Magnus A Djuse had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Just Behemoth was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Pointe Du Croisic speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Pointe Du Croisic didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
