The weather had been good all week and Jägersro was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Octavia Larockma found a gap and took the lead. Beauty Boy followed before Hard Gambler. Old Adam was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Hard Gambler sprinted to the front.




Beauty Boy took the lead after 1000m. Octavia Larockma didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Beauty Boy followed by Jack Attack and Hard Gambler. Lane two Octavia Larockma followed by Billiard and General Rock.




Beauty Boy kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Hard Gambler gallopped 40 m after 2000m.



Beauty Boy sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Beauty Boy didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
