One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Klemenčič was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Klemenčič was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Klemenčič who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Klemenčič clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Elegance Lirica galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Klemenčič today. It continued in the lead.




Sinistre seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Klemenčič galoped for 40 m. Sinistre sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Sinistre didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
