One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fast Runner took the lead after a very quick start.




Good Looking Piece was in fine shape and held the lead.




Fudge Fairy looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Fast Runner couldn't come out from behind the leader, Good Looking Piece. Rücken Zu Schürfen was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Good Looking Piece was still in the lead after 1500m. General Valley started to gallop after 1500m and Mikael Lindmark had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Good Looking Piece looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Fudge Fairy kept the speed the whole finish and won before Good Looking Piece and Fast Runner.
