One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

New Pony was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Pasqual started to galop and lost 20 m.

Pasqual saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Lhotellier started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

The leader got disturbed by something and Coins Comes Rollin took the lead rather easily. Sliding Pirate suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m. Kvarngärdets Tangled Marigold galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.

New Pony looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Sliding Pirate was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. New Pony looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Amarone never caught up with New Pony who won. Coins Comes Rollin came third.
