Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Tornio track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fair Madness sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Famous Rocket suddenly started to galop. Kenneth Danielsen had to struggle to get Famous Rocket to tror again and succeded after 40 m. Skipping Vixen was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Skipping Vixen sprinted to the front.




Opstille took the lead after 1000m. Skipping Vixen didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Skipping Vixen looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Ellen was first on the homestretch followed by Skipping Vixen and Fair Madness.






Skipping Vixen won the race after a spectacular finish.
