The weather had been good all week and Eskilstuna was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Fighting Ship. Turning Lilac ended up behind the leader. Hattmannen got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Fighting Ship was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




Fighting Ship was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Fighting Ship clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Fighting Ship followed by Hattmannen and Turning Lilac. Lane two Dead Missile followed by Singing Fall and .



Fighting Ship looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Dead Missile made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Fighting Ship.
