It had been raining for several days at Romme but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





The Chop took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Moonlight Sunray, Assuex De Assorti, Moulin De Cassy, Power Stalion, The Chop, Luchs Larockma, Flying Prince, Flottant Rosier.




Moonlight Sunray clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Power Stalion was disturbed and galoped 20 m. Flottant Rosier suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Moonlight Sunray today. It continued in the lead.



Moonlight Sunray sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Assuex De Assorti sprinted over the finishline before Moonlight Sunray and The Chop.
