The weather had been good all week and Kalmar was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Joki took the lead after a very quick start.




Stunning Meadow quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Clizing took the lead rather easily.




Seront Reconnaître looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Clizing litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Clizing didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
