The weather had been good all week and Åmål was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Opposing Gal found a gap and took the lead. Intelligent Beard followed before Moonlight Rose.




Intelligent Beard quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. His Majesty showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Opposing Gal sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Opposing Gal today. It continued in the lead.




Moonlight Rose put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Moonlight Rose were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Miroslava was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.
