The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Romme this day.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Cathérine was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.
Sad Galaxy quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
Elegant Breeze sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Island Queen galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Reden Sonnenschein won. Elegant Breeze came in second. Cathérine caught third place.
