One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hits Someday took the lead after a very quick start. Rolling Moment was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified. Javascript was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




Minette Du Lilas saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Hits Someday started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Minette Du Lilas clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Minette Du Lilas followed by Starlight and Hits Someday. Lane two Forever First followed by Fast Feature and Whatever Witch.




Starlight suddenly took over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Javascript galoped for 20 m. Starlight kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Stefan Edin tried a little too much on the homestretch and Going To Moscow started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Hits Someday sprinted over the finishline before Minette Du Lilas and Starlight.
