The sun was shining on Kalmar and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ghostly Spring sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Ginger Grove started to galop and lost 50 m. Pretty Girl was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Krullet sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Ghostly Spring who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Krullet clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.



With only a little left of the race Close Action galoped for 40 m. Prankster clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.






Winner of todays race was Prankster. Walk The Line came in second. Pretty Girl became third.
