Boner Champ Superior was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Michael Nimczyk wanted a little to much in the start and Ice Eyes galoped for 30 m. When the startcar left the field Artaresto started to galop and lost 30 m.

Bol Sergeant quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Boner Champ Superior started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Über Eis looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Alète couldn't come out from behind the leader, Bol Sergeant.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Bol Sergeant followed by Alète and Ice Eyes. Lane two Über Eis followed by Climbing Bullet and Cherchez La Femme.

Bol Sergeant were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
