One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Talkie Talkie. Alligator ended up behind the leader. Afinogenov got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Alligator sprinted to the front.




Vittorio Quick looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Afinogenov couldn't come out from behind the leader, Alligator.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Sunset Glow galop. Sunset Glow lost 40 m.




Afinogenov won. Alligator came in second. Talkie Talkie caught third place.
