The sun was shining on Haapajärvi and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bartolini sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Pertti Puikkonen wanted a little to much in the start and Anne galoped for 10 m.




Ace Ventura Pegasos quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Volo Vittoria took the lead rather easily. Diamond Foot was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Volo Vittoria didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
