The weather had been good all week and Pori was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Slippery Pressure was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. A bird flew just in front of Handbroms On Fire who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Calming Boy sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Calming Boy followed by Falcon Rebel and Adelisa. Lane two Slippery Pressure followed by Handbroms On Fire and .




Calming Boy didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Slippery Pressure gallopped 40 m after 2000m.



Calming Boy were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Winner of todays race was Calming Boy. Falcon Rebel came in second. Slippery Pressure became third.
