One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Point Guard took the lead after a very quick start. Siggiewi suddenly started to galop. Jorma Kontio had to struggle to get Siggiewi to tror again and succeded after 50 m. Hullu Jalat was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Amber Darkness sprinted to the front.




Hullu Jalat looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Minke Booij couldn't come out from behind the leader, Amber Darkness.



Plumón El Río looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Point Guard couldn't come out from behind the leader, Minke Booij.






Point Guard won the race after a spectacular finish.
