Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Eskilstuna track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Skipping Daffodil found a gap and took the lead. I Am Sure followed before Forever Alive. driver couldn't keep Magic Cherry to trotting so they were disqualified. Magnus A Djuse wanted a little to much in the start and Black Scout galoped for 10 m.

Skipping Daffodil was in fine shape and held the lead.

Forever Alive sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Glowing Breeze suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

Skipping Daffodil looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Magic Cherry started to gallop after 1500m and Conrad Lugauer had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Skipping Daffodil sat safely in the lead after 2000m.

Skipping Daffodil kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Skipping Daffodil didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
