It had been raining for several days at Örebro but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Ojsan Ospelad was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

Absolute I saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Faultier Larockma sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Faultier Larockma followed by Ojsan Ospelad and Strong Sword. Lane two Helpful Angel followed by De Nachtwacht and Confident Sound.

Helpful Angel put some pressure on the leader and could take over.

Strong Sword was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Helpful Angel sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Ojsan Ospelad sprinted over the finishline before Helpful Angel and De Nachtwacht.
