Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Lappeenranta track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Sugerpie Jennie. Criminal Vårtan ended up behind the leader. Mr Man got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Tough Steel quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Sugerpie Jennie sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Sugerpie Jennie today. It continued in the lead.




Sugerpie Jennie was still in the lead after 2000m.



Sugerpie Jennie kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Sugerpie Jennie. Criminal Vårtan came in second. Falling Cherry became third.
