One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Monty Burns Lore could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Heureux quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Precambrian took the lead after 1000m. Ojsan Morotsjägare didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Precambrian followed by Wind Of Change and Monty Burns Lore. Lane two Ojsan Morotsjägare followed by Winner Woman and Heureux.

Ojsan Morotsjägare litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Winner Woman won the race after a spectacular finish.
