One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Active General found a gap and took the lead. Surrounded By Light followed before Funkhousers Law.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Nur Deins sprinted to the front. Ulysses Hof showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Paleoproterozoic never caught up with Nessla Newton's Cradle who won. Nur Deins came third.
