Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Solänget track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Loretta found a gap and took the lead. Dick Steele Superior followed before Wolly Electra.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Mendez Trot sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Grossinke Cherry was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Mendez Trot was still in the lead after 1500m.



Mendez Trot looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Silly Cherry was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.




Dick Steele Superior never caught up with Mendez Trot who won. Wolly Electra came third.
